George County Rebels (Lucedale, MS) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Vancleave Bulldogs (Vancleave, MS), 7-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Rebels confront the Gautier Gators (Gautier, MS) in a 5A Region 8 challenge, on Thursday, December 8. George County will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Gators enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Greene County (Leakesville, MS).

The Bulldogs now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to George County for a 5A Region 8 challenge on Friday, January 6.
