With the victory, Bertie improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Holmes (Edenton, NC) to confront the Aces in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Aces come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Holmes won 35-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Perquimans (Hertford, NC)

Next up, the Rampants confront the Riverside-Martin Knights (Williamston, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 7. J.H. Rose will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 53-32 non-league win over Camden County (Camden, NC).
