Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Washington Christian Academy Wildcats (Olney, MD), 57-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Washington International upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Red Devils host Don Bosco Cristo Rey (Takoma Park, MD) to play the Wolfpack in a Freelance bout on Thursday, December 7. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Don Bosco Cristo Rey lost 46-41 in their recent non-league bout against Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets (Spencerville, MD) in a Potomac Valley bout, on Thursday, January 11. Washington Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
