New York High School Basketball - Bayside thwarts Jamaica

The Bayside Commodores (Bayside, NY) basketball knocked off the host Jamaica Beavers (Jamaica, NY), 49-33 in Wednesday's league test.
The Commodores (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Cardozo (Bayside, NY). The Judges go into the PSAL AAAA Queens II test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Cardozo notched a victory over Campus Magnet (Cambria Heights, NY), 48-19, in a league test.
The Beavers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Lane for a PSAL AAAA Queens II test on Monday, December 11. Jamaica will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 60-27 league loss to Hillcrest (Jamaica, NY). The Knights record now stands at 0-3.
