The Cibola Cougars basketball team (Albuquerque, NM), was toppled 47-32 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM)
The Demons now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rio Rancho for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 9. Santa Fe will confront a Rams team coming off a 51-37 non-league win over Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM). The Rams record now stands at 5-0.
The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Albuquerque Academy beat Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM), 39-21, in a non-league battle.
