The Jasper-Troupsburg Wildcats (Jasper, NY) basketball felled the host Genesee Valley Jaguars (Belmont, NY), 38-30 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Avoca Central (Avoca, NY). The Tigers go into the Section 5 Steuben County test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Avoca Central was beaten by Haverling (Bath, NY), 31-24, in a non-league test.
