In Wednesday's league outing, the Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Johns Creek Gladiators (Johns Creek, GA), by a margin of 69-29.

The Greyhounds (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against Lassiter (Marietta, GA). The Trojans go into the AAAAAA Region 7 outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Lassiter was trounced by Walton (Marietta, GA), 65-61, in a non-league outing.
