Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA), 39-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rappahannock upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Raiders host Mountain View (Stafford, VA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Mountain View won 41-20 in their recent non-league bout against Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA)

Next up, the Royal Tigers clash with the West Point Pointers (West Point, VA) in a Tidewater bout, on Friday, December 8. King & Queen Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Pointers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 45-38 non-league win over Colonial Beach (Colonial Beach, VA).
