In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Yorktown Patriots (Arlington, VA), by a margin of 44-42.
The Cougars (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins go into the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Lake Braddock was tipped by Edison (Alexandria, VA), 61-30, in a non-league outing.
