The Warren County Wildcats (Front Royal, VA) basketball nipped the visiting Liberty Eagles (Bealeton, VA), 44-40 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Meridian (Falls Church, VA). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Meridian got by Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA), 50-40, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Dominion for a non-league test on Monday, December 11. Liberty will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 41-41 non-league Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.
