Arizona High School Basketball - Amplus Academy knocks off Beaver Dam

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Amplus Academy Archers basketball team scored a good 47-27 win over the Beaver Dam Diamondback.

The Archers (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV). The Desert Shields come into the 4A Desert contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Cheyenne dropped by Rancho (Las Vegas, NV), 90-23, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Diamondback battle the Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Beaver Dam will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 68-38 non-league loss to Pinecrest Academy Cadence (Henderson, NV).
