In Friday's non-league contest, the host Barbour County Jaguars basketball team scored a close 63-57 triumph over the Eufaula Tigers.
The Jaguars (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Headland (Headland, AL). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Headland nipped Geneva County (Hartford, AL), 71-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Sumter Central Jaguars (York, AL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Eufaula will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Jaguars go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 67-18 non-league win over Pickens County (Reform, AL).
