The Bearden Bulldogs basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Hardin Valley Academy Hawks to 50 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now have a 8-0 record. They play next when they host Greeneville for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Bearden will confront a Greene Devils team coming off a 68-60 non-league win over Morristown-Hamblen East (Morristown, TN). The Greene Devils record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Hardin Valley Academy falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Pope John Paul II (Hendersonville, TN) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Knights go into the game with a record of 7-1. Pope John Paul II won 77-70 in their recent non-league game against Baylor (Chattanooga, TN)
