Indiana High School Basketball - Lafayette Central Catholic nudges Benton Central

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN) and the host Benton Central Bison (Oxford, IN), observed Lafayette Central Catholic's basketball team edge Benton Central by a score of 54-50.

The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Twin Lakes was tipped by West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN), 49-44, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bison encounter the Delphi Community Oracles (Delphi, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Benton Central will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
