The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Tyrone Golden Eagles (Tyrone, PA) and the visiting Bishop Carroll Huskies (Ebensburg, PA), observed Tyrone's basketball team overwhelm Bishop Carroll by a margin of 76-42.

The Golden Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA). The Eagles come into the Laurel Highlands challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Bald Eagle Area was trounced by Bedford (Bedford, PA), 60-55, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Huskies battle the Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA) in a Laurel Highlands challenge, on Monday, December 9. Bishop Carroll will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Bisons come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 60-55 league win over Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA).
