In Friday's league contest, the host Dodge County Indians basketball team scored a good 58-44 triumph over the Bleckley County Royals.

The Indians (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Macon, GA). The Chargers go into the A D1 Region 2 contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Central was topped by Dublin (Dublin, GA), 65-54, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Royals battle the Washington County Golden Hawks (Sandersville, GA) in a A D1 Region 2 contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Bleckley County will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Golden Hawks go into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 65-25 league win over Academy for Classical Education (Macon, GA).
