The Lincoln Lions basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Central Crossing Comets to 44 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Mifflin for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. Lincoln will confront a Punchers team coming off a 60-43 non-league loss to KIPP Columbus (Columbus, OH). The Punchers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Central Crossing falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 2-0. Pickerington North won 64-47 in their recent non-league game against Westerville South (Westerville, OH)
