The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Chase County topped Osage City (Osage City, KS), 90-87, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bombers battle the Solomon Gorillas (Solomon, KS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Wakefield will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Gorillas go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 56-44 non-league loss to Blue Valley (Randolph, KS).
