Georgia High School Basketball - Eagle's Landing crushes Jones County

December 6, 2024: McDonough, GA 30253

The Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), 60-25 in Friday's league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Ola for a AAAA Region 2 bout on Tuesday, December 10. Eagle's Landing will play a Mustangs team coming off a 86-68 league loss to Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Jones County falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA) to play the Tigers in a AAAA Region 2 bout on Saturday, December 7. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Stockbridge lost 46-43 in their recent league bout against Hampton (Hampton, GA)
