North Carolina High School Basketball - North Gaston bests East Gaston

The North Gaston Wildcats basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting East Gaston Warriors to 32 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Highland Tech for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. North Gaston will play a Rams team coming off a 45-36 non-league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Rams record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, East Gaston falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to East Lincoln (Denver, NC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 2-2. East Lincoln lost 69-67 in their recent non-league game against Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC)
