The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA) and the visiting MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA), observed West Lyon's basketball team overcome MOC-Floyd Valley by a score of 76-62.

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA). The Lions come into the Siouxland challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Central Lyon dropped by Boyden-Hull (Hull, IA), 61-50, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Dutchmen battle the Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA) in a Siouxland challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. MOC-Floyd Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 47-35 league win over Sheldon (Sheldon, IA).
