Georgia High School Basketball - Peachtree Academy holds off The Forest School

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Peachtree Academy Panthers basketball team scored a close 53-48 triumph over the The Forest School Phoenix.
The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Prep (Loganville, GA). The Lions go into the GAPPS - I-A Region 2B contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Trinity Prep was tipped by Scholars Guild Academy (Loganville, GA), 70-63, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Phoenix confront the Hearts Academy Panthers (Powder Springs, GA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. The Forest School will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 52-49 non-league win over Holy Ground Baptist Academy (Roopville, GA).
