The Adairsville Tigers basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Gilmer Bobcats to 33 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northview for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. Adairsville will confront a Titans team coming off a 60-40 league loss to Marist (Atlanta, GA). The Titans record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Gilmer falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Ridgeland (Rossville, GA) to confront the Panthers in a AAA Region 7 game on Tuesday, December 10. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 4-5. Ridgeland lost 73-43 in their recent non-league game against Ringgold (Ringgold, GA)
