Next, the Red Raiders encounter the Itawamba Agricultural Indians (Fulton, MS) in a 4A Region 1 test, on Tuesday, December 10. Shannon will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 7-3 record after their 36-31 non-league win over Mooreville (Mooreville, MS).

The Panthers (2-7) will now prepare for their test against South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS). The Cougars come into the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, South Pontotoc beat East Webster (Maben, MS), 51-39, in a non-league test.
