In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Arroyo Knights basketball team scored a big 42-12 win over the Mountain View Vikings.

The Knights (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Montebello (Montebello, CA). The Oilers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Montebello was trounced by St. Lucy's (Glendora, CA), 43-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Matadors come into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 27-22 non-league win over Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA).
