Florida High School Basketball - Winston Salem Christian National knocks off Central Pointe Christian Academy

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Winston Salem Christian National Lions (Winston-Salem, NC) and the host Central Pointe Christian Academy CPCA (Kissimmee, FL), observed Winston Salem Christian National's basketball team overcome Central Pointe Christian Academy by a margin of 61-48.

The Lions (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Mooney defeated DME Academy (Daytona Beach, FL), 63-62, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the CPCA battle the North Florida Educational Institute Fighting Eagles (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Central Pointe Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Fighting Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 48-42 non-league loss to Timber Creek (Orlando, FL).
