The Freeport Pretzels basketball squad (Freeport, IL), was nudged 59-55 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Rockford Auburn Knights (Rockford, IL)

With the victory, Rockford Auburn advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Rockford East (Rockford, IL) to meet the E-Rabs in a Northern Illinois 10 battle on Tuesday, December 10. The E-Rabs enter the battle with a record of 1-7. Rockford East lost 61-23 in their recent league battle against Belvidere (Belvidere, IL)

The Pretzels now own a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a Northern Illinois 10 battle on Tuesday, December 10. Freeport will meet a J-Hawks squad coming off a 61-26 league loss to Hononegah (Rockton, IL). The J-Hawks record now stands at 1-4.
