The Midland Mustangs basketball squad (Pleasant Plains, AR), was crushed 58-16 in Friday's league battle with the host Wonderview Daredevils (Hattieville, AR)

With the victory, Wonderview advances its record to 9-6 on the year. The Daredevils travel to Sacred Heart (Morrilton, AR) to meet the Rebels in a 1A Region 5 battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Rebels enter the battle with a record of 12-4. Sacred Heart won 70-40 in their recent league battle against Nemo Vista (Center Ridge, AR)

The Mustangs now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bradford for a 1A Region 5 battle on Friday, December 13.
