In Friday's non-league contest, the host Soap Lake Eagles basketball team scored a big 56-18 win over the Oroville Hornets.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Manson (Manson, WA). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Manson was trounced by Davenport (Davenport, WA), 50-7, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hornets battle the Curlew Cougars (Curlew, WA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Oroville will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 49-18 non-league win over Entiat (Entiat, WA).
