The Raiders (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Merritt Island (Merritt Island, FL). The Mustangs enter the 4A D8 battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Merritt Island was edged by Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy (Melbourne, FL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Buccaneers battle the University Titans (Orange City, FL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, December 9. Mainland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Titans enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL).
