The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Chatham Central Bears (Bear Creek, NC) and the visiting Southeast Alamance Stallions (Haw River, NC), observed Chatham Central's basketball team overwhelm Southeast Alamance by a score of 55-34.

The Bears (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC). The Jets come into the challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Jordan-Matthews was routed by Cummings (Burlington, NC), 41-38, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Stallions encounter the Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Southeast Alamance will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 60-22 non-league win over North Moore (Robbins, NC).
