Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC), 60-22 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Northwood advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Chargers travel to Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC) to meet the Stallions in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Stallions enter the match with a record of 0-0.

The Mustangs now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chatham Charter for a non-league match on Monday, December 9. North Moore will meet a Knights squad coming off a 60-16 non-league loss to Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Knights record now stands at 1-5.
