Mississippi High School Soccer - Resurrection Catholic nudges North Forrest

In Friday's league outing, the host Resurrection Catholic Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the North Forrest Eagles.
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Rock-a-Chaws go into the 1A Region 8 outing with a 9-0 record. In their last outing, St. Stanislaus got by Perry Central (New Augusta, MS), 7-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 10. North Forrest will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Fighting Irish go into the outing with a 9-1 record after their 1-0 league win over Sacred Heart (Hattiesburg, MS).
