The Boswell Scorpions defeated the visiting Milburn Eagles basketball team by a tally of 87-72 in Saturday's non-league game.

The Scorpions now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Achille for a Bryan County game on Tuesday, December 9. Boswell will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 54-20 non-league loss to Mill Creek (Mill Creek, OK). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Milburn falls to 7-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Coleman (Coleman, OK) to play the Wildcats in a Big 5 game on Tuesday, December 9. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 3-2. Coleman lost 59-32 in their recent non-league test against Rock Creek (Bokchito, OK)
