In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Prairie City/Burnt River basketball team scored a big 56-23 win over the Cove Leopards.
The (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Union (Union, OR). The Bobcats come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Union smashed Elkton (Elkton, OR), 63-34, in a non-league match.
The Leopards now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sherman for a non-league match on Thursday, December 11. Cove will face a Huskies squad coming off a 57-51 non-league loss to Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR). The Huskies record now stands at 1-4.
