With the victory, Mayde Creek advances its record to 6-8 on the year. The Rams host Paetow (Katy, TX) to meet the Panthers in a 6A Region III District 19 battle on Tuesday, December 9. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 6-6. Paetow won 34-31 in their recent non-league battle against Anderson (Austin, TX)
The Spartans now own a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Marshall for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 11.
