The Mesquite Skeeters basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Horn Jaguars to 39 in the Skeeters non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Skeeters now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Richardson for a non-league game on Friday, December 12.

With the loss, Horn falls to 10-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 9.
