The Iredell Dragons (Iredell, TX) basketball were winner over the visiting Jonesboro Eagles (Jonesboro, TX), 48-38 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Dragons now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Covington for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 9. Iredell will encounter a Owls squad coming off a 62-48 non-league win over Bryson (Bryson, TX). The Owls record now stands at 4-3.

The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Meridian (Meridian, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league test with a 2-5 record.
