New Mexico High School Basketball - Gallup tipped by Rio Rancho

The Rio Rancho Rams got by the host Gallup Bengals basketball squad by a final score of 43-38 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Rams play the Centennial Hawks (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 11. Rio Rancho will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Hawks go into the game with a 1-2 record after their 59-50 non-league loss to Sandia (Albuquerque, NM).

The Bengals (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Window Rock (Fort Defiance, AZ). The Fighting Scouts come into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Window Rock held off Winslow (Winslow, AZ), 55-38, in a non-league test.
