Virginia High School Basketball - Deep Creek trounces Great Bridge

The Deep Creek Hornets (Chesapeake, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA), 69-48 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hornets (1-1) will now prepare for their test against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA). The Bulldogs go into the Southeastern test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, King's Fork walloped Life Christian Academy (Chester, VA), 62-58, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Grassfield for a Southeastern test on Friday, December 10. Great Bridge will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 75-48 league win over Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-1.
