The Redwood Valley Cardinals basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Pipestone Arrows to 64 in the Cardinals league victory on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson County Central for a AA Section 3 contest on Thursday, December 9. Redwood Valley will battle a Huskies team coming off a 48-40 league win over Luverne (Luverne, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 1-0.

The Arrows (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southwest Minnesota Christian (Edgerton, MN). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Southwest Minnesota Christian edged Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN), 83-72, in a league contest.
