The Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) basketball nipped the visiting Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM), 31-26 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Demons (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Clovis got by Artesia (Artesia, NM), 51-36, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Grants for a non-league test on Thursday, December 9. Rio Rancho will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 72-46 non-league loss to Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Pirates record now stands at 0-3.
