The Clay-Chalkville Cougars basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Oneonta Redskins to 17 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chelsea for a non-league contest on Friday, December 10. Clay-Chalkville will battle a Hornets team coming off a 38-37 non-league loss to Helena (Helena, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 2-5.

The Redskins (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hanceville (Hanceville, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record.
