Utah High School Basketball - Lone Peak edged by Cyprus

The Lone Peak Knights basketball team (Highland, UT), was nudged 54-49 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Cyprus Pirates (Magna, UT)

The Pirates now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Layton Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Cyprus will confront a Eagles team coming off a 60-57 league win over Snow Canyon (St. George, UT). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.

The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Herriman (West Herriman, UT). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Herriman edged Stansbury (Stansbury Park, UT), 84-59, in a non-league battle.
