The Jamestown Eagles (Williamsburg, VA) basketball knocked off the host Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA), 60-51 in Wednesday's league test.

The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Warhill (Williamsburg, VA). The Lions go into the Bay Rivers test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Warhill went down by Grafton (Yorktown, VA), 53-29, in a league test.

The Islanders now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Arcadia for a non-league test on Monday, December 12. Poquoson will encounter a Firebirds squad coming off a 82-75 non-league loss to Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Firebirds record now stands at 1-4.
