North Carolina High School Basketball - Jordan-Matthews topped by Lee County

The Lee County Yellow Jackets basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Jordan-Matthews Jets to 51 in the Yellow Jackets non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union Pines for a 3A/4A Conference 24 contest on Tuesday, December 13.

The Jets (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Southern Lee (Sanford, NC). The Cavaliers come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Southern Lee was defeated by Northern Durham (Durham, NC), 57-47, in a non-league contest.
