California High School Basketball - Loyalton knocked off by Portola

December 7, 2022: Portola, CA 96122

The Portola Tigers basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Loyalton Grizzlies to 50 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Biggs for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Portola will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 67-33 non-league loss to Quincy (Quincy, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-1.

The Grizzlies (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Biggs (Biggs, CA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Biggs was knocked off by Portola (Portola, CA), 59-53, in a non-league bout.
