With the victory, Towanda upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Black Knights travel to Montrose (Montrose, PA) to play the Meteors in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Meteors come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Redskins play the Wellsboro Hornets (Wellsboro, PA) in a Northern Tier challenge, on Friday, December 9. Sayre will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 46-45 non-league win over Montoursville (Montoursville, PA).
