The Armwood Hawks basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting East Bay Indians to 27 in the Hawks league victory on Wednesday.
The Hawks now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wharton for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Armwood will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 62-6 non-league win over Chamberlain (Tampa, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.
The Indians (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Durant (Plant City, FL). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Durant was routed by Bloomingdale (Valrico, FL), 60-52, in a non-league contest.
