Casa Roble Rams (Orangevale, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA), 43-21 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Casa Roble upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Rams host Union Mine (El Dorado, CA) to play the Diamondbacks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Diamondbacks come into the bout with a record of 1-6. Union Mine lost 42-27 in their recent non-league bout against Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA)

Next up, the Thundering Herd play the Delta Saints (Clarksburg, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Elk Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Saints come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 38-31 non-league win over Venture Academy (Stockton, CA).
